Macy's Glamorama for Children's Cancer Research

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - London may be hosting the Olympics, but this Friday night, the British are invading the Twin Cities.  It's Macy's annual "over-the-top" fashion event, Glamorama.

This year's theme will be the "British Invasion: The Music Then. The Fashion Now!" at the Orpheum Theatre on Friday, August 3rd at 8 p.m.

Multi-talented singer, songwriter, producer and musician, Robin Thicke, known for such hits as "Lost Without U," and "Sex Therapy," will headline the 21st annual event. 

The event will once again benefit "Children's Cancer Research Fund." The C.C.R.F. does amazing work that has a powerful impact on children and families in the Twin Cities and beyond. Macy's is proud to once again partner with this outstanding organization that is making such a big difference in the world," says Martine Reardon, Chief Marketing Officer for Macy's.
