GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- Pork lovers have something to squeal about, the Bacon Trolley rolled into the KARE 11 north parking lot.
Owners Jennifer Stone and Melania Ferradas of the Bacon Trolley, Modern American Street Food served up some favorites from the menu which of course is all things pork.
They do a BLT of course and a creation called piggy pie. (Think Sheppard's pie.) Their signature sandwich is the "Spanker". House made hand pulled pork with the Bacon Trolley's BBQ sauce topped with beer braised pork belly and white onion.
