GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Ready, Set, Go! It's almost time to lace up your running shoes and head to the State Capital for the Medtronic Marathon Family Events this Saturday, Oct. 6.
Over the past 10 years, thousands of families have participated in the Diana Pierce Family Mile and this year the group with the largest enrollment is from Cedar Riverside Community School.
Joining KARE 11 News @4 is Virginia Brophy Achman, Executive Director of Twin Cities in Motion, along with Cedar Riverside SOARing Eagles Running Club co-leader Jennifer Weber, Afterschool Sports Director Julie Trembath and 8th Grader Kalkidan Seboka.
