BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. -- The Annual Chef's Brigade Dinner will take place Sunday March 3rd at Edinburgh USA in Brooklyn Park.
This year's benefit dinner will raise money for We Can Ride, Inc., a non-profit therapeutic horseback riding organization. This will be Edinburgh USA's 14th year hosting the dinner which has brought in more than four thousand guests and raised close to one million dollars to support clients living with disabilities.
This year's dinner will include 40 area chefs under the direction of Lancer's Chef Jim Malinowski for a night of Kentucky bluegrass and Southern Cuisine. Along with the multi-course meal the night will include a silent auction, live auction, and hors d'oeuvres.
Ticket price is $125 each, or $1,500 for a full table that seats 10.
The dinner will be from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. March 3rd at Edinburgh USA located at 8700 Edinbrook Crossing in Brooklyn Park.
