ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The Union Depot is offering free yoga classes every Saturday through August.
The classes are hosted by lululemon athletic on Grand Avenue and Union Depot. The free series began in early July with classes guided by instructors from CorePower Yoga and Spa. The classes are part of the Saturday Morning Classes community events and last one-hour beginning at 9 a.m.
The last class in the July series instructed by CorePower Yoga will take place on Saturday July 27th with Missis Rossi and will be an introduction to yoga postures used in advanced classed designed to strengthen the core.
No need to sign-up, just be sure to be in the Waiting Room at Union Depot promptly at 9 a.m. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.
Lululemon athletic on Grand and Union Depot have decided to continue the free yoga classes through August, but have not announced which yoga studio will be instructing the classes.
