GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- Singers in Accord and J.D. Steele unite once again to present a benefit concert for Partnership Resources Inc., a local nonprofit organization that provides service and job training for adults with developmental disabilities.
Under the dynamic direction of J.D. Steele, Singers in Accord, along with the MacPhail Community Youth Choir and Suzuki String Ensemble, "Ignite the Spirit of Love." Musical guests Fred Steele of the Steeles and vocal sensation Robert Robinson will also lend a hand at the benefit concert. The performers will sing J.D.'s inspiring arrangement of gospel, jazz and R&B music.
Performers from PRI's "Born for the Stage" musical theatre program will also perform at the benefit concert.
The audience will be engaged in the powerful and uplifting experience with messages of love and hope and pushing beyond barriers.
Proceeds from the concert will benefit Partnership Resource, Inc.
On Saturday, Feb. 11, the concert will be held at Ted Mann Concert hall in Minneapolis. The second concert will take place on Sunday, Feb. 12 at Arts Center on 7.
