Chris and Rob join us today to share their Monster of the Midway Homemade Pizza recipe.
1-11 oz tube of refrigerated pizza dough
3 ½ oz Pizza Sauce
1 oz Canadian bacon
1 ½ oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 ½ oz diced onions
1 oz green peppers
1 ½ oz green olives
1 ½ oz black olives
5 oz mozzarella cheese
2 oz Pepperoni
Spread the refrigerated pizza dough on 12 inch non-stick pizza pan. Top the crust with all pizza toppings in the order listed above. Bake pizza in a 425 degree oven for 12-16 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes, allowing cheese to rest, before cutting.
