MINNEAPOLIS -- A free, community-based celebration, the Midtown Global Music Festival will feature a line-up of live music and dance from around the world, performing on two outdoor and one indoor stage throughout the day.
There will also be children's activities led by the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theater. There will be basic health screening from Allina Health.
The event runs from 2 to 8 p.m. on Saturday July 28.
The Topics Steel Drum Band performed a preview in the KARE 11 studios.
