Willingers Golf Club in Northfield hosts a golf event to benefit "A Race Worth Winning -- ALS" Monday, August 13th.
Proceeds benefit patient care and support for people who have ALS, a neuromuscular disease for which there currently are few treatments and no cure. "A Race Worth Winning -- ALS" also supports research.
Entry to the tournament includes 18 holes of golf, a $20,000 hole-in-one challenge. silent auction and dinner.
Registration is at 11:30 a.m., with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.
