The Minnesota Equestrienne All Women Precision Drill Team is hosting the ride Sunday, October 7th at Horseman Ranch, 4505 Co. Rd. 92 in Independence, MN.
Proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure, which supports research to find a cure for breast cancer. Cancer screening, education and treatment programs will also benefit.
Riders will enjoy the horse trails at Lake Rebecca Regional Park. Free trailer parking is available the day of the event. Overnight parking requires an advanced reservation.
Riders have to be at least 12 years old with their own mount. Riders 17 and under need to have an adult at least 21 years old to accompany them.
The event begins at 8 a.m. with a cowboy church service. The first guided ride departs at 9:15 a.m. You can ride without a guide.
Lunch is served from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Participants can also enjoy the silent and live auctions.
