"The Voice" contestant releases new single

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.– Grow Music Project, the launch pad for emerging, independent artists, is proud to announce Minneapolis native Holly Henry, former contestant on "The Voice," as its next featured artist. Holly was chosen to record her new track, "Hide and Seek," with GMP, a music industry initiative that gives back to deserving artists through patronage. The song debuted on iTunes today.

Holly stopped by Sunrise Tuesday to perform her new single.

Holly is a 20-year-old musician based in Minneapolis. Singing since the age of three, Holly has developed into an artist whose evocative, ethereal voice has garnered her national attention. Her beautiful performance of Coldplay's "The Scientist" on season 5 of "The Voice" was enough to get all four judges to turn their chairs. A multi-instrumentalist and songwriter of depth and passion, Holly desires to continue growing as an artist, while inspiring others with her words and music.
