ST. PAUL, Minn. - Minnesota Wild forward Jason Zucker has re-signed to a two-year contract.
Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher announced details of the agreement on Tuesday. Zucker's contract is a two-way contract in 2014-15 and one-way deal in 2015-16.
Zucker, 22, tallied five points and a plus-2 rating in 21 games with Minnesota in 2013-14. He also collected 13 points in 22 games with the Iowa Wild in the American Hockey League.
Zucker underwent successful surgery on March 25 to repair a tendon in his left quadriceps and missed the remainder of the season. He is expected to be fully recovered for the start of the 2014-15 campaign.
