Wildfire's Bass Ale Marinated Delmonico Steak

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. --- Wildfire will mark its 10th anniversary with a six-day celebration beginning Sunday, Oct. 30 through Friday, Nov. 4. The popular restaurant located at 3020 Eden Prairie Center in Eden Prairie will honor their new and long-time guests by giving back to the community, hosting trivia contests, happy hour specials, a "jazzy" party on Nov. 4, and by bringing back some beloved dishes from the 2001 original menu. Executive Chef Tom Gladbach joins us in the kitchen today to share a recipe from his restaurant.

Bass Ale Marinade:
¾ cup (12oz.) Bass Ale
½ tsp. Tabasco
1 ½ tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
1 ½ tsp Coarse Grain Mustard
1 ½ tsp A1 steak sauce
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Minced Onion
½ tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Whisk all ingredients together until well mixed.

Marinated Delmonico Steaks:
4-6 ea. Delmonico steaks (10 -14 oz.)
1x recipe Bass Ale Marinade

Use a large shallow pan, like a casserole dish, and place about a ¼ of the marinade in the bottom of the pan. Place steaks flat on bottom of dish drizzle remaining marinade over the top of the steaks. Cover and refrigerate, marinate for 4-6 hours. Remove from marinate, season with salt and pepper, and grill to desired Temperature.
