Creamy Chevre with Cacao
8 ounces chevre, chilled
1 cup cacao nibs
½ teaspoon sel gris or other sea salt
Directions: Combine cacao nibs and sea salt on a plate. Roll chevre in mixture and serve with crackers. Serves 8.
Herb Bread Dip
1 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped fresh herbs (basil, oregano, cilantro, chives, etc.)
Few pinches of sea salt
Directions: Whisk ingredients together in small bowl, transfer to dipping dish and serve with crusty bread slices.
Naan Flatbread
1 package 365 Everday Value Naan
1 jar 365 Everyday Value Basil Pesto
1 jar 365 Sundried Tomatoes packed in oil
1 tub Whole Foods Market Goat Cheese Crumbles
Directions: Spread pesto over piece of Naan. Arrange tomatoes on top of pesto, then sprinkle with goat cheese crumbles. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees for a delicious gourmet flatbread with a light crispy crust.
