GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.-- This morning the 5-8 Club's Jill Skogheim and chef Ben Frank joined us to talk about how they are dedicating the entire month of November to the Juicy Lucy.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
blue cheese crumbles
Directions:
Take the ground beef and separate it into 4 equal parts (about a 1/4lb each). Make into four patties. Put about a tablespoon of blue cheese into the middle of two of your patties. Take your two remaining patties and put them on top of the patties with cheese. Lightly pinch around the edges to join the two patties. Cook the patties for 8-10 minutes on each side or until cooked through. After they are cooked, serve on a hamburger bun.
