GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- The folks from No Name are sharing some crowd pleasing ideas for your Super Bowl Sunday bash.
No Name Salmon & Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Bake salmon filet according to package directions. Place cooked salmon in the refrigerator and cool completely.
Combine the following ingredients:
4 oz. Cream Cheese
¼ c. Sour Cream
¼ c. - chopped Roasted Red Peppers
¼ oz - approx. 3 - chopped Sundried Tomatoes
¼ t. Honey
¼ t. Sea Salt
1/8 t. Black Pepper
1/8 t. Thyme
1/8 t. Lime Juice
Combine all of the base ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Mix briefly. Break salmon into chunks, add to the base and mix until the dip is thoroughly blended.
Serve with fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, crackers, breadsticks, pretzels, etc.
No Name Wild Rice Meatball Pizza
1 - 13.8 oz Refrigerated Pizza Dough
1 cup Sundried Tomato Alfredo Sauce
½ tsp. Basil Paste or Basil Pesto
2-3 ea. Baby Bella Mushrooms
2 pcs Sundried Tomatoes
1 tbls. Roasted Red Peppers
1 bag (8 pcs) No Name Wild Rice Meatballs
1 c. Shredded Mozzarella
Unroll pizza dough and press into desired size and shape baking pan.
Lightly brush the pizza dough with olive oil and season with a little Italian dressing. Bake pizza dough for 5-6 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove crust from the oven. Mix the Alfredo sauce with the basil and spread mixture on the pizza crust. Top the crust with sliced mushrooms, diced sundried tomatoes, meatballs (cut each in half), diced red peppers and shredded mozzarella. Continue to bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese stars to brown slightly.
Spinach Bacon Dip
1 - 16 oz. pkg. Frozen Spinach
1 - 12 oz. jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts
6 slices No Name Bacon
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Sour Cream
½ cup Onion - finely diced
8 oz. Mozzarella - shredded
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
2 tbls. Parmesan Cheese - shredded
Thaw the spinach. Place spinach in a cloth towel and squeeze out excess water or place spinach in a strainer with something heavy placed on top to remove excess water.
Place bacon according to package directions. Once cooled, cut the bacon into small pieces.
Cut the artichoke hearts into small pieces.
Mix together the drained spinach, bacon and artichoke pieces.
Blend in the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, ½ of the mozzarella, salt and pepper.
Scoop the mixture into an oven proof baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Serve with an assortment of cut vegetables and crackers.
