Chocolate dipped strawberries
Long stemmed strawberries
2 cups good quality dark chocolate
2 cups good quality white chocolate
Variety of toppings can include:
• Chopped nuts
• Shredded coconut
• Cocoa nibs
• Crushed popcorn
Warm the dark chocolate over a bain marie until melted then do the same with the white chocolate.
Wash the strawberries and dry on kitchen towel.
Dip in the different chocolates and roll in the toppings.
Set on a plate to cool.
Do not put in the cooler as the chocolate will sweat.
