Fill a Collins glass with ice
Pour 2 oz. 2 GINGERS™ Irish Whiskey
Top up with ginger ale
Wedge with both lemon & lime
* For a Skinny Ginger™ use diet ginger ale
IRISH SNAPPER
Combine over ice: 2 oz. 2 GINGERS, ¾ oz peach liqueur, and top off with cranberry juice
2 GINGERS™ HOT TODDY
2 oz. 2 GINGERS™ IRISH WHISKEY
1 oz. agave nectar
½ oz. Powell & Mahoney ginger liqueur
½ oz. lemon juice
Dash aromatic bitters
Fill with hot water and stir, garnish by floating a lemon wheel stabbed with dried cloves.
