GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - This is the time of the year that we're all getting outside, exercising and getting fit. Princess Kay, Mary Zahurones, is preparing for several upcoming runs/races and she will be sharing tips for how to dairy can "fit" your active lifestyle.
Princess Kay suggests the following:
1. Getting three servings of low-fat dairy a day and what that does for you.
2. Starting the day with a power breakfast.
3. Refueling after exercising.
4. Eating small meals and snacks throughout the day.
