COLD SPRING, Minn. - A basketball tournament featuring Dakota County law enforcement officers will raise funds for the family of Cold Spring Officer Thomas Decker.
Decker was killed in the line of duty on Nov. 29.
The tournament will be held on Saturday, March 16 at 9 a.m. at Apple Valley High School.
The public is encouraged to attend. Admission is free, but donations are being accepted at the tournament and through one of two memorial funds.
