MINNEAPOLIS -- It's beginning to sound like a broken record this winter but prepare yourself for another slow Monday morning commute.
Meteorologist Jerrid Sebesta says snow was pushing into western Minnesota Sunday night where a Blizzard Warning is in effect.
Here in the metro, the snow is expected to start early Monday morning and last through the morning rush. Between 2-4" of snow is expected in the Twin Cities where a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect.
MnDOT says crews will be out in force trying to stay ahead of the snow but a slow commute is expected. Motorists are advised to check road conditions by calling 511 or checking the MnDOT website.
We'll also have the very latest on the snow and road conditions starting at 4:30 a.m. Monday on KARE 11 Sunrise. You can also check out the latest school closings and delays here.
