ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The diabetes rate in Minnesota has nearly doubled in the past 20 years.
But experts say that number could actually be worse.
According to national data 25 percent of adults may have diabetes and not know it.
State health officials say that may be the case for for 80-thousand Minnesotans.
