SAN ANTONIO - LeBron James had one brilliant 90-second stretch in the third quarter where he made four consecutive shots.
Problem was, Game 3 of the NBA Finals had already been decided.
James had four points in the first half for the second consecutive game, and that was a long way from the worst part of the night for the Miami Heat. The defending champions looked like anything but, slogging offensively and getting embarrassed on the defensive end by the San Antonio Spurs, who are now two wins away from ending Miami's reign.
Final score: Spurs 113, Heat 77. And it was every bit as bad as it looked for the Heat.
