MINNEAPOLIS - An arrest has been made and charges filed in a triple shooting that left three people injured including a four-year-old boy.
Deontray Vershon Tate was arrested on the morning of July 11 and charged with three felonies. He has been charged with Assault in the First Degree and two counts of Assault in the Second Degree.
The shooting happened on June 25, 2013 at 3600 Penn Avenue North in Minneapolis. The suspect shot through the driver's side window of the SUV that the victim's were riding in.
The complaint claims that the shooting was in retaliation for a fight between the suspect's wife and the mother of the four-year-old boy who was riding in the SUV.
