MINNEAPOLIS - One last day of showers and clouds Wednesday, making it our sixth consecutive day of measurable precipitation. It will be our coolest day today with the least amount of sunshine. Expect highs mainly in the 50s to near 60 with occasional scattered light rain showers.
Clouds move out tonight and we'll see abundant sunshine tomorrow and most of Friday. Highs will be in the upper 60s Thursday and around 70 Friday. A chance of some isolated/spotty showers/thunderstorms move in for the holiday weekend but it shouldn't be a total wash-out. The wettest period looks to be mainly Friday night as warmer, more moist air moves in.
