MINNEAPOLIS - We'll start with sunshine once the sun is up just after 7AM but clouds will be on the increase through the day Wednesday as clouds move in ahead of the next system affecting Minnesota Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Highs will be in the mid to upper 30s today.
Another shot of snow will move in, but the bulk of the moisture will move just south of the Twin Cities with areas like Mankato & Rochester seeing up to 1 to 3 inches of snow tonight into Thursday morning. In the metro we'll see about a dusting to a 1/2 inch or so with perhaps 1 inch amounts in the southern suburbs. Some cooler air then moves in and perhaps a more potent storm system for Sunday into Monday.
