MADISON, Wis. - The big Powerball winner over the weekend may have been in Rhode Island, but one person who bought a ticket in Wisconsin has won a nice consolation prize.

The Wisconsin Lottery says a $1 million ticket was sold in Brookfield. That ticket matched all five regular winning numbers, but not the Powerball.

Wisconsin also had two $10,000 winners. Those tickets were sold in Algoma and Nichols.

The million-dollar winner has six months to claim the prize at the Lottery's headquarters in Madison.

A ticket that matched all six numbers was sold in Rhode Island. That ticket was worth $336.4 million.

The Powerball jackpot now returns to $40 million for the Wednesday drawing.
