CADY TOWNSHIP, Wis. - Police say a St. Paul man had three children in his car when he was stopped for speeding on the Wisconsin interstate and arrested for under the influence.
James Juan Catrone Parker, 34, was pulled over at approximately 5:40 a.m. Wednesday on Interstate 94 near Cady Township. Also in the car with Parker were three children, ages 4, 6 and 16.
Parker was also charged with possession of marijuana and ecstasy, and operating without a valid driver's license.
It's Parker's first OWI offense in Wisconsin.
