St. Francis, Minn. - Fire crews from several north metro fire departments and the Minnesota DNR battled a grass fire that blackened several acres on a property near St. Francis Monday.
Aerials from Sky 11 show that at least one large outbuilding suffered some damage from the flames, as did several vehicles and a boat.
At this point it is unclear how the fire fire started but conditions remain extremely dry across the metro and much of Minnesota. Burning restrictions are in effect in many counties across the state.
