MAPLE GROVE, Minn. - The Minnesota State High School League says additional information has been requested from the schools involved in a fight after the Totino Grace and Prairie Seeds Academy soccer game on Thursday.
The final moments of the game, which Prairie Seeds won 2-1, were being reviewed by both schools, the Minnesota State High School League, and Maple Grove Police after several fights took place on the field and in the bench area.
MSHSL officials said they plan to conclude the investigation on Tuesday. They said at that point, it will be announced if any action will be taken.
Much of the fight was caught on camera by the crews of Channel 12 Sports. Northwest Community Television was televising the 5A boys' championship game.
