MINNEAPOLIS - Volunteers from Tonka Cycle, Target Cycling Club and Minneapolis bike messengers have cleaned and refurbished dozens of bikes for "Free Bikes for kids."
Since 2008, the group has been collecting, fixing, then donating bikes to children and adults in need.
This year, they collected about 5,300 bikes which will be distributed December first.
The group says they still need volunteers to help refurbish the bikes.
