ANOKA, Minn. - A Fridley mother, convicted of malicious punishment of a child, will spend 90 days in jail.
Stephanie Broten, 38, admitted to shaving her 12-year-old daughter's head and making her run up and down the street in a diaper and tank top as punishment for a bad grade.
A family court will decide what contact Broten can have with her daughter.
