Albany, NY (Sports Network) - Candon Rusin scored a team-high 14 points in 21
minutes off the bench, and the second-seeded Vermont Catamounts upended the
No. 7 seed New Hampshire Wildcats, 61-42, in quarterfinal-round action of the
America East Conference Tournament at SEFCU Arena.
Sandro Carissimo added 10 points for the Catamounts (20-10), who move on to
face No. 6 seed UMBC in Sunday's semifinal round. It marks the 11th time in
12 years UVM is in the semifinals.

Brian Neller drained 6-of-12 3-pointers and finished with 20 points for the
Retrievers (8-22), who will face No. 2 seed Vermont in Sunday's semifinal

who shot just 39.2 percent for the game.
After making only 9-of-25 field goals (.360) in the first half, the Retrievers
shot 15-of-19 (.789) from the floor in the second half to pull away in a game

the America East Conference Tournament at SEFCU Arena.
Jameel Warney tallied 12 points and nine rebounds for Stony Brook (23-6),
while Scott King added 13 points. Dave Coley chipped in 11 points for the
Seawolves, who have won seven straight.
For Binghamton (3-26), Jordan Reed scored 16 points and grabbed eight boards,
Taylor Johnston netted 13 points off the bench and Jimmy Gray contributed 11
Stony Brook will play the winner of Albany/Maine in Sunday's semifinals.
