Sharks activate Greiss from IR

San Jose, CA (Sports Network) - The San Jose Sharks activated goaltender Thomas Greiss from injured reserve on Monday

The 27-year-old Greiss is 1-3-0 with a 2.78 goals-against average and .906 save percentage in four appearances in the NHL this season.

To make room on the roster, San Jose assigned goalie Alex Stalock to Worcester of the American Hockey League.

Stalock, who went 15-12-3 with a 2.48 GAA in 31 games for Worcester, has a sole loss beyond regulation in two appearances on his NHL register this year.
