Wild open playoffs in Chicago on Tuesday night

ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The Minnesota Wild's first playoff game in five years will take place in the Windy City on Tuesday night.

On Sunday night, the NHL released the schedule for the Western Conference Quarterfinal series.  The Wild, the eighth seed in the Western Conference, face the top-seeded Chicago Blackhawks on the following dates:

Game 1 - Tuesday, April 30 (7 p.m.) Minnesota at Chicago

Game 2 - Friday, May 3 (8:30 p.m.) Minnesota at Chicago

Game 3 - Sunday, May 5 (2 p.m.) Chicago at Minnesota

Game 4 - Tuesday, May 7 (8:30 p.m.) Chicago at Minnesota

*Game 5 - Thursday, May 9 (Time TBD) Minnesota at Chicago

*Game 6 - Saturday, May 11 (Time TBD) Chicago at Minnesota

*Game 7 - Sunday, May 12 (Time TBD) Minnesota at Chicago
