Santa Clara, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - San Francisco 49ers linebacker Patrick
Willis was listed as questionable on the team's final injury report after
being limited in practice all week while recovering from a groin injury.
Willis has missed the 49ers' last two games with the ailment, leaving his
status uncertain for Sunday's matchup with NFC West rival Arizona.
Cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, who's sat out back-to-back games with a knee
injury, was limited in practice all week and joined Willis as questionable.
Defensive tackle Ray McDonald (biceps) missed practice on Wednesday and
Thursday, but returned as a limited participant on Friday and was listed as
questionable for Sunday.
Defensive tackle Justin Smith (shoulder), cornerback Carlos Rogers (knee) and
offensive linemen Alex Boone (shoulder) and Anthony Davis (shoulder) were all
deemed questionable after being limited in practice throughout the week.
Center Jonathan Goodwin missed Friday's session with an illness and was also
listed as questionable.
Quarterback Colin Kaepernick (foot) participated fully in practice all week,
joining tight end Vernon Davis (hamstring), running back Frank Gore (knee),
offensive guard Mike Iupati (shoulder), offensive tackle Joe Staley (knee) and
wide receivers Marlon Moore (quadriceps) and Kyle Williams (knee) are listed
as probable to play against the Cardinals.
