Charlottesville, VA (SportsNetwork.com) - Malcolm Brogdon scored 17 points to
lead 20th-ranked Virginia to a 77-67 win over Boston College at the John Paul
Brogdon added career-high totals of 11 rebounds and seven assists and made
four critical free throws down the stretch in the Cavaliers' (18-5, 9-1 ACC)
sixth straight win.
Justin Anderson and Anthony Gill supplied 13 points apiece for Virginia, which
was held without a field goal over final 4:45 as Boston College nearly rallied
from a sizeable deficit.
Ryan Anderson had 20 points and seven rebounds for the Eagles (6-16, 2-7), who
have dropped five of their last six games.
