Tampa, FL (Sports Network) - The Tampa Bay Lightning signed goaltender Anders
Lindback to a two-year contract on Friday.
Lindback was dealt to Tampa Bay by the Nashville Predators last month.
The 24-year-old Swede served as Pekka Rinne's backup in Nashville the last two
seasons, going 16-13-2 with a 2.53 goals-against average and .914 save
percentage.
The Lightning also signed defenseman Matt Taormina to a one-year, two-way
contract.
