St. Louis, MO (Sports Network) - The St. Louis Blues traded forward B.J.
Crombeen and a fifth-round pick in the 2014 NHL Draft to the Tampa Bay
Lightning for fourth-round picks in the 2013 and 2014 drafts on Tuesday.
The 27-year-old Crombeen scored one goal and had two assists in 40 games with
the Blues last season.
In five seasons with Dallas and St. Louis, the 6-foot-2, 212-pound winger has
27 goals and 29 assists in 288 games.
"I would like to thank B.J. and his wife, Janet, for their time here in St.
Louis," Blues executive vice president and general manager Doug Armstrong
said. "B.J. gave us everything he had on the ice and, along with his wife, was
very active in our community."
