Alameda, CA (Sports Network) - The Oakland Raiders signed fullback Marcel
Reece to a contract extension Tuesday.
Terms of the contract were not released.
Reece joined the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Washington in 2008
and he has appeared in 31 career games for the team, recording 234 yards and a
touchdown on 48 carries while adding 674 yards and five touchdowns on 56
receptions.
The 27-year-old was a Pro Bowl alternate last season despite playing in just
12 games with 112 yards on 17 carries and 301 yards and two scores on 27
catches.
