Knoxville, TN (Sports Network) - Tennessee starting safety Brian Randolph will
miss the remainder of the season due to a torn ACL, head coach Derek Dooley
said at a Monday press conference.
Randolph, a 6-foot, 195-pound sophomore, was injured Saturday in the fourth
quarter of the Volunteers' 37-20 home loss to Florida.
"I hurt for Brian, but he'll be fine and we'll move on," said Dooley.
Randolph currently leads the Vols with 22 tackles.
The Vols, who dropped out of the top-25 following the loss to Florida, next
square off at home against Akron on Saturday.
