Baltimore, MD (Sports Network) - The Cleveland Indians activated slugger
Travis Hafner off the 15-day disabled list Tuesday.
Hafner has sat out since May 25 with a right shoulder strain. A career .285
hitter, Hafner was batting .217 with just four home runs and 22 runs batted
in for the Indians this season.
After hitting .308 with 42 homers and 117 RBI in 2006, Hafner's production
declined to .266 with 24 homers and 100 RBI in 2007.
