Wichita, KS (Sports Network) - Kevin Durant had 18 points and seven rebounds
as the Oklahoma City Thunder took an 88-76 victory over the Dallas Mavericks
in preseason action on Wednesday.
James Harden had 16 points and five assists while Serge Ibaka added 15 points
and seven rebounds for the Thunder, who moved over .500 on the preseason.
Jae Crowder had a game-high 21 points and nine rebounds while Brandan Wright
donated 11 points for the Mavericks, who sit at 3-4 in the preseason.
After trailing early in the first quarter, the Thunder went on a 10-2 run to
take a lead they never gave away as Russell Westbrook's jumper with 3:26 left
in the first gave the team a 17-12 lead and they eventually took a 23-16
advantage into the second quarter.
Oklahoma City led by as many as 13 in the second quarter and took a 53-40
advantage into the break.
The Thunder continued to hold a comfortable margin through the final two
quarters for the victory.
