East Rutherford, NJ (Sports Network) - Miami Dolphins starting quarterback
Ryan Tannehill left Sunday's game with the New York Jets in the first quarter
with an injured left quadriceps.
Tannehill was hurt on a sack by the Jets' Calvin Pace on the Dolphins' second
drive of the day. He was able to walk off the field under his own power,
though the team has termed him questionable to return.
The 2012 first-round draft pick completed 2-of-5 passes for 18 yards before
departing.
Matt Moore replaced Tannehill on Miami's third series and later led a short
touchdown drive that gave the Dolphins a 17-0 lead early in the second
quarter.
