FARMINGTON, Minn. - Track star Nadia Lorencz is off to an impressive start this spring.
The Farmington junior recorded the state's best efforts in three events on Friday including a 14.99 time in the 100-meter high hurdles. It was a personal best time for Nadia.
She also is the state's top performer in jumping events. On Friday, she landed a personal best in the triple jump going 37-feet 2-inches.
She also became the first girl to go over 18-feet in the long jump this spring, leaping 18-feet 1-inch.
Nadia is being recruited Division I in track as a heptathlon performer. Her coach says she's the best athlete he's coached in 20 years of track.
