LONDON - While in London for the Olympics, I have to run our live shot camera three times during our stay. Starting at 10 a.m. local time until 3 p.m., every 10 minutes, I frame up anchors and reporters from NBC stations all over the country.

From Denver, Atlanta, Phoenix, to Cleveland and St. Louis, plus many others. They stand in front of Olympic Park and do live shots for the viewers back home, much like Perk does for you on KARE 11 Sunrise from 6 to 7 a.m.

It's a long five hours standing in one spot, but it's a riot to hear how the different talents talk about their Olympic stories to the viewers back home.
