Just a few months away now until the start of baseball at the brand new Target Field. Perk gets a tour, and meets the brand new Executive Chef of the new stadium.
Chef Pastor Jiminez is in charge of all the venue's eateries and food services. He's spent the last 5 seasons with the Milwaukee Brewers and has also worked at the World Series and All-Star games.
Perk and Chef Jiminez hit the kitchen to whip up one of Target Field's new signature dishes, seafood paella.
