MINNEAPOLIS - The Minnesota Twins announced on Thursday that they have placed right-handed pitcher Anthony Swarzak on the 15-day disabled list with a mild right rotator cuff strain.
Swarzak has been replaced on the 25-man roster by Luis Perdomo.

Perdomo will be in uniform Friday night against the Cleveland Indians.
To make room for Perdomo on the 40-man roster the Twins will transfer Carl Pavano to the 60-day disabled list.
