EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - The Minnesota Vikings have agreed to a multi-year deal with right tackle Phil Loadholt, according to report from 1500ESPN.com.
The deal was reached moments before the start of free agency.
Rumors on Tuesday linked Loadholt to the Chicago Bears, but Minnesota was able to strike a deal before the NFL Free Agency period opened at 3 p.m.
According to Tom Pelissero, the Vikings also agreed to a one-year deal with offensive lineman Joe Berger.
