EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- A Minnesota Vikings player was arrested early Saturday morning on suspicion of DWI in Eden Prairie.
Jerome Felton also refused to submit to a chemical test at the time of the arrest.
According to jail records, Felton was booked at 5:51 a.m. He was held in Hennepin County jail and released just before 12 p.m. Saturday. His bond was set at $12,000.
A statement from the Vikings Organization said, "We are aware of the situation and we're working to gather more information. We'll have no further comment at this time."
Felton is scheduled to appear in court on July 18.
Felton, a fullback, was signed by the Vikings in March of this year.
